Serhii Dobrorez
Intro
I'm Serhii — a product and brand designer based in Valencia.
For the last 10+ years I've been moving between brand systems, product design, creative agencies, and AI-native software development — building products that need both strategic thinking and execution speed.
Right now I'm the founding designer at Remedico — an AI-driven dental SaaS used by clinics in Dubai and beyond — where I design clinical workflows, AI-assisted systems, patient experiences, and production-ready frontend through an AI-native pipeline.
What interests me most isn't just making interfaces look good. It's building systems people trust enough to use in real life — inside clinics, businesses, and products that operate under pressure.
What I'm building now
At Remedico I work across product, systems, brand, and implementation.
Over the last three years I've designed scheduling, dental charting, treatment planning, insurance workflows, patient communication systems, online booking, AI-assisted diagnosis tools, and voice-driven clinical workflows.
To design the platform properly I had to learn dentistry from the ground up — including periodontal examination protocols, dental charting standards, tooth anatomy, and real clinic operations. I interviewed dentists, observed clinics in Dubai, and aligned UX decisions with NABIDH and ICD-10 requirements.
For the last year I've also been shipping frontend myself through a workflow built around Figma, Pencil, Cursor, and Claude Code — moving from idea to production significantly faster than traditional design-to-dev pipelines.
Background
I started in brand and graphic design in Kharkiv, working across identity systems, packaging, and typography for both Ukrainian and Swiss clients.
Later I joined Renetti — a German furniture company — where we built AR room placement and real-time furniture configurators before products like IKEA Place became mainstream.
After that came banda — one of Ukraine's top creative agencies — where I worked on campaigns and brand systems for PrivatBank, FAVBET, Stella Artois, EVA, Kharkiv International Airport, and UKRAINE WOW.
banda taught me speed, systems thinking, presentation under pressure, and how to defend design decisions inside large production environments.
In 2022 I joined Remedico as founding designer — and slowly moved from pure design into product strategy, systems thinking, and AI-native product building.
How I work
My workflow looks closer to a small product team than a traditional solo designer setup.
Research and structuring happen through Claude and GPT. Visual systems are built in Figma. Scaling, edge states, and implementation happen through Pencil, Cursor, and Claude Code. Motion and generative visuals come through After Effects and AI-assisted workflows.
This lets me move extremely fast without sacrificing system consistency — especially inside complex products with many interconnected flows.
I care less about static mockups and more about shipping real systems that evolve over time.
What I look for
I work best inside small ambitious teams building products they genuinely care about.
I like environments where design is part of product thinking — not decoration added at the end.
The projects that excite me most usually sit somewhere between systems, interfaces, branding, AI, and experimentation.
